Here are some of the main reasons why everybody should visit their dentist regularly:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Your dental health has a major influence on your overall health. The condition of your teeth and gums can impact the condition of just about every other system in your body (respiratory, digestive, circulatory);
\n\u2022 Your tongue and mouth are also external indicators of your general health, meaning they could indicate early signs of health problems, such as nutritional deficiencies, dehydration and even head and neck cancer if you drink or smoke;

\n\u2022 Your diet: Is it well balanced?
\n\u2022 Your overall health: Are you in a good shape?
\n\u2022 Your smoking habits, if any
